Girls Mountain Bike Network
About Us
Silent Revolution started out of a need to provide a forum for the
female variety to get in contact with other female mountain bikers
to talk about riding, organise rides and chat about just about
everything else under the sun. From very small beginnings of 2-3
riders, we now have a large group of girls that get out riding
every weekend, some mid week even and are also entering MTB events
in solo events and team events. Skill, fitness and ability varies
amongst the girls, we have girls new to mountain biking, those
returning to riding and those that show us that girls can really
ride just as good as the guys. We are from various places around
Australia, but through the wonders of email and the internet we are
all connected! Support is essential to getting more girls into
mountain biking and that's what you will find here. We also
encourage the boys to get their partners into mountain biking as it
is such a social sport and really every member of the family can do
it. My partner Paul and I have met many wonderful friends through
MTB and pretty much all our holidays involve mountain biking, be it
within Australia or an adventure overseas. I hope Silent Revolution
gets you connected to other like minded people and out mountain
biking. Enjoy!

Hey bike minded peeps! I need a MTb buddy to ride with. Had an injury but keen to build up my fitness, skills and ride in some events early next year. I'm keen to ride some tracks such as blue mountains, royal, yellowmundee etc on my days off- Sundays and Tuesdays. howdy,
I looked at your calendar, and realise I'm signed up for at least three events on the first page! Looks like the first one is Dirtworks. When not on the pink Yeti puffing away like a steam engine, I'll be camping in the "cheap seats." Hope to see some of you there!
